I talk a lot about parsing out the difference between ego and intuition. But I think it’s time to put a third into the mix...

This week I found myself in this situation where after doing Stop, Drop and Roll, I rolled out of my practice and straight into my head. And let me tell you, this is not a place that I want to live people!

So in this week's video, I'm humbling myself and letting you in on my neurosis moment in hopes that I'll spare you from the same. After all, my intuition always has my back - and my head too.

Why I Almost Ignored My Intuition

Have you ever felt like all signs are pointing to you doing something - making a change, or going somewhere new, yet for some reason, you resist moving forward?

Of course you have! We all have. But since I teach people how to trust their intuition and I actually walk my talk, I can sometimes make it seem easy. But this week, I'm here to share, it's not always easy for me to follow my own intuition. In fact, I believe that we may never experience a life void of fear and resistance. If that is a surprise to you, that's ok. What I teach is that fear and resistance are actually part of your internal guidance system - you just need to understand when it's your ego is speaking and when it's your intuition. Why We Tune Out and What We Can Do About It

Call it the Cosmos or "in the cards," but it seems our collective pain - both individual aches and societal wounds - has come back around. But it is here not to haunt us, dear reader, it is here to teach us.

This week I will show you how pain and past ills are our best teachers; and how our only choice is to wade through it. Uncomfortable as our pain may be, we need it to grow. And in this week's video, I'll share one of my favorite fables that is sure to show you why.

Specificity: How to Get What You REALLY Want

Loud, Bold, Brazen Declarations of Specificity!

Last week, we planted our hopes, dreams, and goals with the Universe.

This week, I’m sharing how my manifestations are blossoming like crazy! I hope the same is happening for you!

My recent successes with my seedlings of ideas have shown me how important it is to get specific and to ask for exactly that.

In order to call exactly what we want, we must not be afraid to ask for it in full detail. Because when we don’t get granular, we receive muddled results.

I challenge you, dear reader, to get specific with your manifestations this week. Write them down. Announce them. Share them with a friend. Make a Youtube video! Make loud, bold brazen declarations of specificity. Because you deserve it :D

Shhh! It's delicate!

Seeds have been sown!

Last week, we pivoted to break our cycles of resistance once and for all. This week, I’ve found a perfect, precious little green seedling that has inspired me like crazy!

Even though I feel a push to move forward quickly, I also see that I need to take my time.My fragile friend has got me thinking about how we’re all planting seeds in our lives all of the time - ideas, dreams, goals, projects, relationships – but it is only those that we nurture that become mighty manifestations.

We can ensure that our ideas blossom into reality through the elements we expose them to while they incubate. Curating their nutrients, providing care and attention, and keeping them safe from possible external threats will allow our seedlings to grow.

How to Break the Cycle of Resistance

Last week, we explored what would happen if we all fell down. This week, we're talkin' resistance and pivoting

Right now so many of us are resisting what is; and in doing so, we are continually creating more resistance for ourselves. Resistance magnifies. It's infuriating, isn't it!? :-D

In order to break the cycle of resistance, we must look at our situation - whatever it may be -  and uncover the lesson that the universe is presenting us. From there we must own our reality and course correct ourselves, or pivot.

Pivoting is when we deliberately shift our attention off an unwanted experience and onto thinking about what we would prefer to experience instead. It allows us to only invite in what is in alignment with what we are calling in, and to chuck the rest.

In this week's video I'm getting real about my recent juicy pivot...all I'll say here is that it involves three pretty stellar men!

If Each of Us Fell When Someone Else Fell, None of Us Would Be Standing

Last week, we returned to our practices with consistency and curation. I hope your self-care routine has been serving you well! In my case, I've returned to journaling and intention-setting, already see my goals taking shape. I'm reminded of my magical manifesting powers, and I wish the same for you!

But as we know... when we're in the flow, stuff can come up to break our stride. Enter: The Wobble. When someone wobbles, they go back and forth on what they have already decided. And watch out! This one's two-fold: we must notice not only when we teeter on our choices, but also when someone else's wobble triggers us to do the same.

When you feel the rumblings of a wobble take shape, hop into trust. Trust yourself. Trust your path. Trust that the Universe has your back! And that I do too.

What You Seek is Within: Mom's Harsh Advice Rings True!

Last week I launched my Stop Talking On Other People's Energy Class, and guess what? I got a little scared, and found myself wanting more support, appreciation, love, approval…see? It happens to us healers too! 

Thankfully my mom reminded me of my very own teachings: In order to feel supported, I must support myself. If you want to call in more love and appreciation in your life, you must first look within. And what a wonderful place to start! After all, you are a powerful sensitive being!

In this week's video, I'll show you a simple way to allow for more self-love. With consistency and curation, you will learn how to amplify how you want to feel, and to eliminate all else.

This week, we’re doubling down on the BODY SCAN. Sometimes, we’re so in our heads, in analytics mode with our emotions, that we forget the power of getting in touch with our physical bodies. After all, that's how our intuition speaks to us.

The cheat sheet is here - thank goddess! You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay breaks down many specific body parts, the thought patterns associated with pain in those particular places, and the affirmation you can use to heal it. This is so good you guys! I can’t wait for you to explore it.

So now that we’re in our bodies, paying more attention than ever... it's time to introduce integrating our physicality into the public sphere....which leads me to my very exciting announcement! I am so honored and excited to bring this special resource to you.

The Most Important Tool for Trusting Your Intuition

Only practice this if you want to trust your intuition more.

Intuition speaks through feelings. It is through these feelings that our body acts as a bridge between the physical and subtle realms. Everyone has the ability to tune into these realms, we just need to develop the fine-tuning necessary to perceive the subtle messages our body is always sending.

Subtle Realm of Intuition

Most of us wish intuition were as plain and obvious as the physical world. What happens is that we ignore the subtle messages until the urgency of the matter snowballs into an actual physical problem or crisis. But it doesn’t have to be that way. With consistent practice, anyone can develop the awareness to feel the subtle shifts.

Developing Body Awareness

Most of us spend our lives ‘up in our heads’, but all this thinking can only take us so far. I’ve developed a simple exercise that trains us to bring our awareness into the body so that we can receive the subtle messages streaming to us from our intuition. This exercise, once practiced to a level of proficiency, provides the foundation for the more advanced techniques in Clear & Protect and Stop Drop & Roll. If you’ve been practicing these tools and find it difficult to feel the subtle sensations, then this exercise is for you!

Subtle Awareness Body Scan

* Find a safe and quiet environment.
* Sitting comfortably, close your eyes, and turn your attention toward your breath.
* Settle into your body. You can tighten and release muscles, wiggle in your chair, or shake like a dog shaking off water.
* Imagine a laser of awareness slowly scanning your body from head to toe. Keep the beam moving slowly downward and take note of any subtle anomalies as it passes over different regions of your body. You may notice:
    * increased attention on an area
    * tension/expansion
    * heaviness/lightness
    * warmth/chill
    * pain/tingling/twitching
* Once you have finished scanning, choose one of the anomalies and breathe into it.
    * Imagine your breath as a pink light that continues past your lungs to surround the chosen area with unconditional love.
    * Stay with this area breathing deeply and thank your body for sending this helpful message.
    * When you are ready, choose another anomaly and breathe into it as before.
* Continue the process until you’ve breathed into and thanked each area.

This week, we’re continuing this work of personal accountability. I’ll let you in on a little secret: everything that’s happening ~out there~ is a mere reflection of what’s going on inside each of us. 

Where can you take control of the big “out there” and unpack what’s going on inside of you? How can you be the best, most authentic version of yourself to enhance our world?

We so often forget that there is only one of each of us on this earth! We are each an essential piece of the puzzle of oneness. What is the biggest thing keeping you from shining? If you weren’t afraid, what would you do today?

But seriously, this week we are taking stock of the big bad s-word: should. Many of us get triggered easily. Thinking "I should be in a relationship."  I should be making more money, I should get to the gym more...I know you know how this goes. 

We so often get frustrated when we almost get it right, assuming we should be farther along towards our goals. But friends, instead of getting frustrated, let’s CELEBRATE! Celebrate our progress, celebrate our power of manifestation, and get into the present. In this week’s video, I’ll show you how to embrace your almost so you can stop shoulding all. over. the. place.
